Shipping Policy
We currently accept domestic shipping only and currently do not ship outside the U.S.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we experience high volume orders, shipments may delay by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Upon orders being processed, you will receive confirmation of your order being shipped, along with a tracking number. Correspondence will be sent via email-to-email address you listed upon placing your order. If any delays occur in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email address or telephone number you listed upon ordering. Please note, due to COVID-19, there may be delays in shipping.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Damages
Love > Hate LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
